It’s a family affair for HiQ’s largest franchisee

The HiQ fast fit network’s largest franchisee is hoping that a dynamic ‘sister act’ will spur its 22 centres on to greater automotive success, after a familiar name was welcomed to the business.

Claire Murray, aged 38, has joined Easy Tyre & Autocentres to drive training, sales and marketing across the franchise’s stores, which operate under the HiQ banner.

Claire, with previous experience in sales, also joins the business to assist her sister Emma-Jane Kisby, marketing manager for the past three years, in on-going campaigns and in-store promotions.

Claire said: “Working at HiQ is definitely a change of pace from what I was used to in previous jobs, but I love the challenge that comes with understanding the ins and outs of a different industry.

“I’ve learnt a lot from my dad and sister, even before joining the business, but they have been great in establishing this role for me.”

Chris Kisby, franchisee of Easy Tyres and Autocentres and Claire’s father, said: “I’m glad we can take this opportunity to officially welcome Claire into the business.

“Emma-Jane is instrumental in delivering marketing objectives for the business as well as a whole host of other duties in-store and online and I’ve no doubt Claire can strengthen this.”

Claire will now join a growing group of women in fast fit, who have taken on roles from centre management to ownership within the HiQ network.

“It’s important to welcome women into the industry, which is something I know HiQ are championing across the network,” Chris Continues.

“Both Claire and Emma-Jane are actively dispelling the fear that many women associate with garages which has a positive effect on business growth and customer satisfaction.”
