A Bridgend Volkswagen retailer, Sinclair, has boosted its senior management team.
Phillip Cuddihy, from Cardiff, has joined the Tremains Road site as the new service manager, bringing with him over 31 years of automotive experience.
The 48-year-old came into the motor industry straight from school. During Philip’s automotive career he has successfully held technician, service adviser and service manager roles across a range of high profile manufacturers, skills he now brings to the Volkswagen site.
He said: “I’m thrilled to be taking this role and look forward to continuing the high quality of customer service. The site has good people and processes, and my first task will be to spend time getting to know all staff and customers.
“I want to help bring a breath of fresh air to the retailer and strengthen the service that customers expect from the Sinclair name.”
