Mitsubishi Pencil Co. has appointed Paul Smith to the newly created role of head of sales for UK and Export.
Smith joined the company in 2010 as sales manager – mass export – having previously spent seven years as national account manager for Henkel Limited.
UK general manager for Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Owen McGonagle, commented: “We are delighted to appoint Paul to this new role as we look to maintain and further strengthen our position in the UK writing instruments sector.
“This is an exciting time for the company as we get set to increase our sales turnover, launch a series of new products and relocate our UK and European headquarters to a new facility in Milton Keynes later this year.”
