A Tenbury Wells family business, which is celebrating 60 years of trading, has taken delivery of its third batch of Volkswagen commercial vehicles, with the firm belief that reliability outweighs all other concerns every time.
GE Bright Electrical Ltd turned again to South Hereford Garages to upgrade its fleet of twelve vehicles with four brand new Volkswagen Transporters, finished in Indian Blue.
Specialising in electrical retail and contracting, the growing business, which now employees 22 staff including 16 electricians, requires a reliable fleet to meet its business needs.
Andrew Bright, director of GE Bright Electrical, said: “Our vehicles are used by our team of electricians who work out in the field to very strict time slots, therefore we require a fleet that is reliable and one that we can trust.
“This is the third time we have used South Hereford Garage and we can be confident that not only does the vehicle meet our needs but their customer service is second to none. Fleet sales executive, Julie Tench, is wonderfully methodical and can’t be beaten on service.”
Mr Bright said his workers were delighted with the new models of Volkswagen Transporters and that they were very pleased with the vehicles latest developments.
“This is a van that is proven to us and we will certainly be sticking with it.”
Charles Richards, South Hereford Garages brand manager, said: “Our dedication to customer service, as well as sustained investment in our staff training, showrooms and garages, has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with our regular customers, as well as gaining new patrons year-on-year.
“South Hereford Garages is a professional operation that still retains the friendliness and charm of a family-run business.
“I think it is safe to say that GE Bright Electrical is now a regular customer – and it continues to be a pleasure to do business with them.”
