An employee from an Aberdeen business has strengthened his customer services after graduating from a two year training programme.
Scott Brunton, service manager from Specialist Cars in Aberdeen, completed an official course by Volkswagen’s Training Academy aimed at retaining some of the top talent in the industry.
Scott, joined the Craigshaw Crescent retailer three years ago and has dedicated his entire working career to the automotive industry after starting as an apprentice in 1992.
The 37-year-old completed a series of both practical and written exams covering all aspects of customer satisfaction and product knowledge which accumulated in a presentation to key Volkswagen representatives.
To complete his qualification Scott will attend a graduation ceremony at the Volkswagen head office in Wolfsburg later this month.
Speaking of his qualification, Scott, said: “The studies were very interesting and enjoyable.
“I believe however long you work in an industry you can always learn new skills which can enhance and help develop myself, the team and the ultimately business.”
