The countdown to Christmas has begun with Charles Church Southern offering youngsters in the region the chance to design the company’s official 2012 Christmas card.
The winning individual will not only see their design printed, but will also receive an iPod, an art kit, a framed copy of their printed card and £250 vouchers for their school.
Charles Church Southern sales director, Tracey Lee, says: “ We constantly strive to build relationships with the communities in which our developments are located and work closely with a small number of schools hosting site visits and also seeking their assistance when naming sites.
“This time, we are opening up the Christmas card competition to anyone aged 5 to 16, asking them to come up with a design for this year’s company Christmas card which will be printed and used by the entire region.
“The theme of the competition is ‘Home for Christmas’ and we would like children to capture an image of what this means to them. There are no limits to how creative or imaginative entries can be, all we ask is that the entry can fit inside an A4 envelope or be saved as a high resolution JPEG.
“Entries must be received by 31 October and we look forward to receiving and choosing the design for our company Christmas cards.”
Entries to the competition can be emailed to Tracey.Lee@charleschurch.com with Christmas Card in the subject, or posted to Tracey Lee, Christmas Card Competition, Charles Church Southern, Charles Church House, Knoll Road, Camberley GU15 3TQ. All entries should include the entrant’s name, age, address, contact telephone number, email address and the school they attend. Entries submitted without this information may not be considered in the competition and unfortunately, entries cannot be returned.
The Charles Church festive competition coincides with the 12 Offers of Christmas promotion in the Southern region which includes Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. Buyers completing a sale prior to 31 October will be able to enjoy Christmas in their new home.
Offers vary by development and property. Examples include £500 towards legal fees, £500 towards mortgage fees, a complementary Christmas tree and decorations, a family Christmas hamper, tickets for a Christmas shopping market weekend, and £1,000 worth of shopping vouchers*.
