A huge thank you to all the sales directors and their teams for your support in 2012. We know that PR can often be down the list of priorities, so we really appreciate the time you’ve taken to support our initiatives and help us gain coverage across the UK.
So far for 2012 we have generated over £500,000 of national PR coverage and £2.2 million of regional coverage. Cuttings are still coming in for 2012 and we will update you with the overall annual figures for the year at the end of January. The return on investment nationally was 10:1 and on average in the regions, we achieved 7.5:1. As the scores on the doors stand, the region with the biggest ROI currently is South Midlands. Knocking down a tower obviously can do wonders for your figures, but credit where credit is due, Richard and Alison did a great job across the whole year. Together, we got 2,200 positive articles about the brands published.
Our focus now is for 2013 and meetings are taking place across the UK to devise regional plans. To support the regions, there will also be some national campaigns, and we’ll share these with you prior to launch.
