Chelmsford City under 8s youth football squad have scored a sponsorship from Persimmon Homes Essex and have netted a brand new training kit.
The local house builder has kitted out the team of youngsters with a matching strip including socks, shorts, shirts and tracksuits.
Matt Oates, team manager of the under 8s, said: “As a new team this season we are grateful for Persimmon Homes’ support and generous donation of a new training kit.
“Chelmsford City is a high profile club so it is great for the young players to feel important when on the pitch, and the matching kit has helped the team come together.
“The boys feel valued and the new strip has prompted a winning streak which we hope will only get better and better.”
