Persimmon Homes Anglia is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with both The Royal Norwich Golf Club and Goymour Properties Ltd to unlock up to 1,000 homes on the 120 acres that currently make up the Royal Norwich Golf Club.
Andrew Fuller, managing director of Persimmon Homes Anglia, said: “We are delighted to reach agreement with all parties, subject to member approval, on this exciting proposal, which will ultimately provide a full range of much-needed homes for the people of Norwich and the surrounding areas, together with the creation of local jobs.”
These plans mean that Royal Norwich Golf Club and its members will be relocating to the beautiful woodland park course at Weston, currently owned by Goymour Properties Ltd. As part of this relocation, significant investment will be made to further enhance the Weston Park course to make a truly outstanding golfing facility for the members of both the Royal Norwich and Weston Park.
“Persimmon as a company are committed to not only deliver a full range of homes but also to work with local businesses and organisations to meet everyone’s aspirations, as these plans demonstrate,” said Andrew.
