A Yorkshire business is celebrating its inauguration into the prestigious Volkswagen Service Quality Awards ‘Hall of Fame’.
Sytner Volkswagen Skipton received its fourth coveted VSQA accolade at a ceremony in Dresden, Germany.
Charlie Binns, brand manager for the Crosshills business, said: “The award judges praised our outstanding performance in aftersales customer satisfaction and our continued commitment to exceptional service quality.
“We were also required to pass a stringent annual workshop test in order to achieve the award.
“This is the fourth time Skipton Volkswagen has been recognised in this way, which makes us very proud and places us within an elite international group of Volkswagen retailers.
“Our service manager, Darren Hudson, travelled to Dresden to receive the award on behalf of all his colleagues and to meet his counterparts from across Europe.”
The VSQAs are presented each year to businesses that deliver outstanding performance.
Charlie added: “Our increased focus on aftersales customer care, and its importance in maintaining customer loyalty, is a major factor in our sustained business success.

Only retailers who exceed Volkswagens targets for overall customer satisfaction and first-time fix results are considered for VSQA titles.
