For the second year running a leading South West motors business has been placed in Volkswagen’s UK Retailer network Top 10 of ‘elite retailers’.
Newton Abbot Volkswagen was unveiled as securing 4th place in the table of 200 retailers nationally at the annual Retailer Conference ceremony at Silverstone, two places ahead of their 2015 position.
This is the third year running that Newton Abbot has been placed in the Top 25, with The Avenue based business ranked in 6th place last year, moving up from 22rd spot the previous year.
The rankings are based on Volkswagen’s ‘one business scorecard’, which monitors and measures each business’s performance across sales, after-sales and customer satisfaction.
Newton Abbot Volkswagen is part of the family run Murray Group, with a sister Volkswagen site in Plymouth.
