‘It’s where the trade go’ sounds the popular radio jingle – and for Selco Builders Warehouse this is proving to be the case now more than ever.
8848 is proud to handle Selco’s PR programme at a time of huge growth which has seen its network rise to 54 branches and with even greater expansion plans for the near future.
The growing numbers can also be seen in Selco’s social media following as we have helped establish an audience of nearly 15,000 relevant followers in just a short few months.
Sponsorship activation is another important strand of our work with Selco as we help bring their partnership with Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Birmingham Bears to life.
The UK’s fastest growing builders merchant also takes great pride in giving back to the community and, for every new branch opened, the company donates £3,000 to local worthy causes. In addition, Selco backs Macmillan Cancer Support nationally and has raised more than £400,000 over the last four years.
So far this year, Selco has opened seven new branches with numbers eight and nine in Poole and Basildon set to launch before mid-August.
