A Lancashire family are settling into their new home after welcoming their new baby, the first to arrive at the Foxglades development.
Jason Hoole, 45 and his partner Nicola Boyle, 36 along with their two sons Lucas, 6 and Aston, 4 moved into the Charles Church development at Foxglades, in Buckshaw Village, just in time for the arrival of their new son Cody.
Jason, a team leader at Progress Housing Association said: “We just fell in love with the development as soon as we saw it. The property offered everything we needed as a family and the location was perfect, with all the facilities we needed and more nearby.”
Jason and his family moved into the spacious five bedroom detached property in November, just two months ahead of the arrival of baby Cody.
“We absolutely love our new home, it gives us so much extra space and as a growing family that’s really important to us – it’s the perfect family home.”
Commenting on Charles Church’s service throughout the process, Jason added: “With a baby on the way we wanted to be able to move quite quickly into our new property, so that we were settled in time for the birth. The sales team at Charles Church were brilliant throughout the process, we can’t fault them.”
Diane Finch, sales director for Charles Church Lancashire, said: “I would like to congratulate Jason and Nicola on the birth of their son Cody. It’s exciting to see the community expand with the arrival of Foxglades’ first newborn.
“This development is an ideal location for house hunters looking for the perfect family home, offering the space for growing families as well as the convenience of schools and other amenities right on the doorstep.”
Foxglades includes a selection of three, four, five and six bedroom homes suitable for growing families, nestled between Leyland and Chorley. The location is close to excellent amenities including good local schools, a railway station and sports centre.
