Baxi appointed 8848 to manage its installer loyalty scheme – Baxi Works – and provide dedicated customer support. The relationship has expanded over time and today, 8848’s in-house contact centre acts as a trusted liaison point for Baxi’s installers, leveraging our deep understanding of both the brand and its consumer base to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

What did we do?

Every day, our dedicated operators handle a steady stream of inquiries from installers via email, phone, and chat, acting as the go-to experts for all things related to the Baxi Works Loyalty scheme. This programme is more than just a perk – it’s a proven driver of customer loyalty and sales growth, making it an integral part of Baxi’s business.

Our specialists don’t just answer questions, they solve problems. They handle everything from platform user support and conflict resolution to new customer sign-ups, registrations, point queries, boiler registrations, and more. We also play a key role in outbound telemarketing, helping Baxi acquire and retain customers.

With an average of 50,000 inquiries processed annually, our dedication is evident. This successful partnership has led 8848 to secure further work in PR and content creation with Baxi throughout 2024.
