A Leicestershire housebuilder is paving the way for a group of talented employees by continuing to invest in their future.
Charles Church North Midlands has given its trainee sales advisors the opportunity to work towards a NVQ qualification, by providing them with valuable on the job experiences, which will build up their knowledge and skills.
Emily Lloyd who is working as a trainee sales advisor at the company’s Valencia development in Market Harborough is aware that she doesn’t know everything, but is learning a lot from the experienced staff she works alongside. Emily said: “I find doing a NVQ so rewarding as you learn so much more from your colleagues than being sat in a classroom.
“I really enjoy my job as it’s made me a more confident person and hopefully I’ll be able to have a really good career in this industry.”
