A Burton business has been boosted after securing a fleet deal with a local entrepreneur.
Dean Jackson who founded Huub, a wetsuit design business that provides kit for elite athletes and sports professionals, has instructed TL Darby Volkswagen to provide it with a brand new up! and a state-of-the-art Volkswagen Touareg Altitude.
The award winning entrepreneur has recently announced an exciting four-year partnership with Olympic medallists and world champions Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee – a significant boost to his business.
He will provide them with innovative wet suits that they will wear during training and elite competitions including this year’s World Triathlon Championships, in London, and the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Dean and his team will use the new Volkswagen vehicles to attend important exhibitions and transport kit and materials across the country.
Marco Fappiano, fleet sales manager at TL Darby Volkswagen, said: “I’m delighted that Dean has chosen Volkswagen to provide his business with two fantastic Volkswagen cars.
“The up! is a great car for small to medium sized businesses because it offers a class-leading ride and refinement. It also benefits from low running costs and strong residuals. The Touareg is the ultimate vehicle in terms of space and storage and is an extremely comfortable drive.”
Dean Jackson, HUUB’s CEO, said: “Because our business is growing fast we needed to invest in a new fleet of cars and we chose Volkswagen because of the brand’s quality cars and reliability.
“TL Darby helped us choose the perfect models which would suit all our business needs and we are delighted with the results.”
