Charles Church East Midlands has welcomed the decision to grant planning permission for a new residential development in Nassington.
The prestigious housebuilder will build only nine units off Woodnewton Road, following planning approval from East Northamptonshire Council. Work is due to begin April 2013.
The development will provide an exclusive estate to local home buyers and will feature two bedroom cottages as well as four and five bedroom detached homes up to the value of £750,000.
Charles Church East Midland’s managing director, Adrian Evans, said: “This new prestigious development will provide a stunning range of Charles Church house designs within a short distance from Peterborough city centre.
