A Wirral business will soon be unveiling its new look following a significant investment in its facilities.
Wirral Volkswagen in Bromborough has been transformed into a state-of-the-art retailer, after four months of refurbishment.
The new development on Pool Road now includes the latest digital showroom, a ten-car display of the full Volkswagen range, which includes the latest Golf VII and new award winning city car, the up!
While the vast majority of structural work on the new building, including the showroom, will be completed by June 1st, minor work will be completed in the workshop and outside of the building in due course.
Brand manager at Wirral Volkswagen, Martin Donnelly said: “We have invested a significant amount of money to greatly improve our facilities to make life much more comfortable for customers.
“We hope the redevelopment will significantly improve our customers’ experience, and allow us not only to feature more vehicles in the showroom, but also offer our customers and staff greater comfort.”
“The finishing touches to the area outside the building and inside the workshop will soon be completed and it’s great to see the hard work over the last four months is paying off.”
Extra customer parking is also being made available with iPad stations inside the showroom for customers to create their very own car.
“The level of investment shows our commitment to continue providing the Wirral with a key employer, and deliver customers with the level of service expected from such a prestigious brand,” added Martin.
“The workshop will have two extra ramps to improve the time by which customers’ cars are with us.
“For customers buying a new car, we now also have a dedicated handover bay, to ensure each person has a detailed lesson on their car and its functions.
“I’d like to thank all of our customers for being patient while the work was carried out, and I hope they all feel the benefits in the near future.
“To coincide with our refurbishment, we’ve also amended our name from Dane Volkswagen and will now be known as Wirral Volkswagen.”
