A South Midlands business has welcomed a highly driven new sales executive from Evesham to its team.
Madeleine Ettridge has joined Charles Church South Midlands as its newest sales executive. She will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining excellent customer service levels at her first development, Orchard Place, a collection of 56 new executive homes off Cheltenham Road in Evesham.
Maddie said: “I’m excited to join Charles Church, especially as it is one of the largest and most respected house builders in the industry. I think this is going to be a very exciting and challenging role and look forward to settling in with the rest of the team.”
Maddie, who recently moved from Surrey to The Lenches in Evesham with her fiancé, said: “I’ve lived in the Cotswolds before and always wanted to come back. Evesham is a beautiful place to live and I have no reservations in recommending the area to anyone looking for a new house.”
With ten years’ experience in the property industry Maddie decided that the time was right to move back into the new build market saying: “I much prefer working with new build homes. There is an endless amount of perks attached to buying new; being the first owner of your home has to top my list!”
Maddie’s sales experience is extensive; before selling houses she worked in the equestrian industry selling horses. “Horses and houses aren’t that different when it comes to sales. It’s all about matching the right product to the right client, knowing what the customer wants and meeting their needs. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions you make in life, so you don’t want to get it wrong.
“I’m relishing the challenges ahead and have already found the job very rewarding; there is no better feeling than handing a customer the keys to their dream home.”
